My Client:
They are one of the largest glass manufactures in the Northwest with capabilities both in volume and one of pieces to the highest of standards. They have various products that they can bring to market with a long list of clients.
The Role:
The role as Sales Manager will mean you are a key player in the companies vision and goals moving forward. You will be directly responsible for leading a sales team to hit key business targets. With a proven track record in sales team management you will develop strategic plans and goals to grow and maintain a good client relationship. You will be expected to be always looking at ways to improve yourself, your team and the client journey.
With this you would be responsible for but not limited too:
· Drive vision and purpose.
· Provide strategic direction to regional sales representatives
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
· Mentor a high-performing sales team.
· Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes achievement and professional development.
· Oversee the development and execution of sales plans, ensuring alignment with company
objectives and standards.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top clients
· Address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
